5. Payments and Fees

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. SYNTHETIC charges merchants a platform fee for each transaction. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses artificial intelligence for product recommendations, image analysis, and virtual try-on features. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect. Users should verify important details with merchants directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SYNTHETIC, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent transactions
• Harass or abuse other users

9. Limitation of Liability

SYNTHETIC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
